Have used this filter for typical night shots and get great star effect (surprising to me, with a little bit of color) on the lights in the photo. It also seems to reduce some of the blow out that is hard to avoid with some night time shooting. Have also used to it shoot a live show – gave an already artsy production and little more bling. Really adds a a different dimension to your photo. Fun to use.
